1)  Connect a PC on the LAN side, with the PC setup for DHCP.  The PC 
    should get a 192.168.1.xxx address.
2)  Unzip the attached zipfile to a temporary directory.
3)  Open a web browser, and connect to 192.168.1.1.  The username and
    password are admin.
4)  Go to the Help Tab.
5)  Click on "Upgrade Firmware"
6)  Click on "Browse", and browse to the 340fh4d0.bin in the directory
    you unzipped the file to.
7)  Click on "Upload"
8)  The firmware will be updated.  Wait approximately 2 minutes before
    accessing the box.  It will reboot automatically.

*****  NOTE - DO NOT POWER OFF THE MODEM DURING THIS PROCESS!

9)  Reset the box to defaults after this process.  It can be done from
    the Password tab, set "Restore Factory Defaults" to Yes, and click
    Apply.
