S/W 4.14-xx release notes

Based on TI's NSP3.60

1. Release single image that include image and kernel file, so totally 3 file to release.
2. NSP3.50 upgrade to NSP3.60 need to use double file(image and kernel) upgarde for 4M Flash and that can be downgraded from NSP3.60 to NSP3.50.
   , but single image cannot.
3. In NSP3.60, you can upgarde from double file(image and kernel) to single image, but cannot be from single image to double image. 
4. Modified Upgarde Webpage to countdown to Index web page.

S/W 4.16-xx release notes

1. Default Setting PPPoE(8.35) for AUS, PPPoA(0.100) for NZ
2. Change to Linksys Logo and Web Page color.
3. Try to fix Alcatel and NEC inteop issues.
4. Release to factory code for manufacture parameters setting(0,35 and bridge mode).
5. When manufacture test end need to reset to default parameters through telnet settings.
6. led.conf is little different from NSP3.50. Modify led.conf file.

S/W 4.18-xx release notes

Based on TI's NSP3.60c

1. Default Setting PPPoA(8.35) for EU and FR, PPPoA(0.38) for UK
2. Added Login page for preventing password to be sniffed.

S/W 4.19-xx release notes

1. Fixed Mac Address displayed in webpage issue.
2. Added Checking Username and Password are more than or equal to 4 characters in "Adminmanage page".

1. Fixed setting to PPPoA mode first time cannot get Internet gateway address when reset to default.

1. Added RFC 1483 Routed Mode in Encapsulation selection.
