Important Information for Back Plane Board for Windows NT  

1. Requirements
===============
The requirements to use Back Plane Board for Windows NT 
is as follows:

	1.Windows NT 3.51,4.0  SERVER or WORKSTATION.
	2.TCP/IP protocol.
	3.SNMP Service.
	4.Mylex Global Array Manager Driver 2.11 or later version.


2. Setup Notes
===============

Installing Back Plane Board (DISKETTE) 
------------------------------------

1. Insert diskette #1 to the floppy drive of server.

2. From the Command Prompt, run A:SETUP.EXE.
   The drive letter depends on the floppy drive. It may be A: or B:.	

3.Restart Windows NT to take effect.


Installing Back Plane Board (CD-ROM) 
-----------------------------------

1. Insert Back Plane Board CD to the CD-ROM drive of server.

2. From the Command Prompt, run D:\NT\BPB\DISK1\SETUP.EXE.
   The drive letter and path depends on the CD-ROM drive. 	

3.Restart Windows NT to take effect.


Uninstalling Back Plane Board
----------------------------

1.Select Programs in the Start menu and choose Backplane Board. 
  Double-click on the Uninstall Backplane Board icon.
