Notice for the driver download:

1. Driver Version: MiraScan V3.41U (for Web)

2. Scanner Model Supported: 
   Windows 95 OSR2/98/2000: 310U, 320U, 340U, 610U, 620U, 62UT, 640U, 640UT
   Windows 98/2000: 640BU, 640BT, 1240UT

3. Language of interface: Multiple Language only 

4. Help files: Not available (to downsize the file size, help files are removed on web)

5. Change List (Compared to MiraScan V3.40): Improve the compatibility in Windows 2000.


Troubleshooting:
Why does the error message "Scanner Not Found" still show up after the installation of the driver?
1. In Windows 95/98:
    Please check "Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager".
    In device manager, please remove all items with the yellow "?" mark by click on the item and
    then click on "Remove".  Then re-boot the PC.
    If above action does not work, please try following steps:
      - Power off the scanner.
      - Pleaser delete the following files (if exists):
        c:\winnt\inf\98scan.inf        
        c:\winnt\inf\2kscan.inf
        c:\winnt\inf\ctrscan.inf  
      - Remove the following folder, C:\windows\twain_32
      - re-install driver again
      - Reboot PC
      - Power on the scanner 

   
2. In Windows 2000:
    Please check "Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardwrd -> Device Manager"
    In device manager, please remove all items with the yellow "?" mark by click right mouse 
    button then click "Uninstall".  Then re-boot the PC. 
    If above action does not work, please try following steps:
      - Power off the scanner.
      - Pleaser delete the following files (if exists):
        c:\winnt\inf\2kscan.inf
        c:\winnt\inf\ctrscan.inf  
        c:\winnt\inf\98scan.inf
      - Remove the following folder, C:\winnt\twain_32
      - re-install driver again
      - Reboot PC
      - Power on the scanner
