Problem(s) this File Resolves:
==============================

1. Under Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2), the Advanced Power
   Management function of Resume On Ring for PC Card (PCMCIA) modems
   is not implemented for modems which comply with the PC Card 2.x
   specification. These modems implement Resume-On-Ring functionality
   according to the EXCA specification.
   This functionality is implemented on Windows 95 OSR2 for modems that
   comply with the PC Card 5.x specification.

2. Windows 95 OSR2 does not fully support Zoomed Video (ZV) cards, but
   allows hardware vendors to implement the logic needed for externally
   buffered ZV implementations in the PNP drivers for the cards by
   providing the capability to parse the indirect cis and setting the
   appropriate registers in the PCCard controller. However, the custom
   interface type was being masked out, not set and passed through to
   allow this functionality.
