

    CFG.NLM -- Configuration tool for QL2300.HAM Driver
    ==========================+========================
    
    CFG.NLM is a driver utility that runs on the Netware server.
     
    CFG.NLM is used to display driver and device information, 
    and to configure and display ham driver failover mode 
    (as a command line alternative to the SanSurfer software).
    

    To execute CFG.NLM, at the Netware server prompt do the following:
    
        CFG  Options...


    Notes:

        a. CFG.NLM must reside in the default DOS directory C:\NWSERVER.
        b. Multiple Options are processed in the order that they appear.
        c. There must be at least one space character before each option.
        d. CFG.NLM writes to the logger screen on NW6.x.
        e. CFG.NLM writes to the console on NW5.x.
    
    
    The options are categorized as General Options and Extended Options:
    

    General Options:
    
        /I       Show adapter information
        /IN      Show adapter model name
                 
        /SN      Show device nodes
        /SP      Show device ports
                 
        /M       Show device masks
        /P       Show device current paths
        
        /C       Show device paths configured from file
        /CN      Show device nodes configured from file
                 
        /DH      Show NWPA device handles and MM object ids
                 
        /BL+An   Enable beacon on adapter An (all if An omitted)
        /BL-An   Disable beacon on adapter An (all if An omitted)
                 
        /FS      Save configuration to file
        /FL      Load configuration from file
                 
        /Ox      Save output in file named x 
                 Place this option first on command line.
                 If x is a filename, the path defaults to C:\NWSERVER.
                 If x is a path, the volume name must be uppercase
                 (e.g. /OSYS:\etc\cfg.txt, /OC:\log\cfg.txt).
                 
        /        Display the General Options


    Extended Options:
    
        /SF      Show fabric port summary
        /SL      Show local loop port summary
                 
        /LP      Do NWPA return port info call
        /LSn     Do NWPA lun scan case n (n must be 2 only)
                 
        /LR      Do scsi report luns
                 
        /LI      Do scsi inquiry (page 00h)
        /LM      Do scsi inquiry (page 00h) and read capacity
        /LG      Do scsi inquiry (page 83h) identify device
                 
        /EQ      Show event history queue
        /EC      Show event history counters
                 
        /N       Display adapter nvram options help
        /NA      Show adapter nvram all parameters
        /NH      Show adapter nvram host parameters
        /NR      Show adapter nvram risc parameters
        /NE      Show adapter nvram extended risc parameters
                 
        /:       Display fabric sns command help
        /:GNNFT  Do gnnft passthru name server command
        /:GANXT  Do ganxt passthru name server command sequence
                 
        /LB      Do fibre echo/loopback test (IO must first be stopped)
