Command line options for 5.03.xx HAM driver:

Notes:

    1) Each command may be preceeded by a "/" or a "-" for backwards compatability
at the discretion of the user.

    2) The lines with multiple names are simply aliases for the same command. As an example:

        HostScsiId
        HostId
hid SCSI bus host identification value. Default is 7.

In this case "hostscsiid" & "hostid" & "hid" all specify the same option for
selection of the host adapter id.

    3) The alpha-case doesn't matter, you can intermix upper/lower in any way.

    4) Any numeric value can be specified in several different numeric
bases by prefixing the number with:

        0b - Binary (0,1) value, example 0b1001 = decimal 9
        0d - Decimal (0-9) value, example 0d1234 = decimal 1234.
        0o - Octal (0-7) value, example 0o1234 = decimal 668.
        0x - Hexidecimal (0-9,A-F) value, example 0xABCD = decimal 43981.

        [<from>-<to>,<single>,<from>-<to>,<from>-<to>,<single>,<single>]

where: <from> is the initial id value, must be a positive numeric value.
<to> is the ending value for a series. Multiple series values may
be specified with the left ([) and right (]) brackets. A series
starts with the left value (before the dash (-)) and continues
incrementing or decrementing until the rightmost value is reached.

<single> is a single id value, must be a positive numeric value.

A comma is used to seperate series and/or single specifiers.

The beginning and end brackets must always be used and at least one <single>
or a range <from>-<to> specifier must be provided.

If the id list is not provided then the entire range of id(s) in serial
(0, 1, 2, ... ,n) is specified. In the case where a list of LUNs is supplied,
a target list MUST also be provided.

        Examples:

            [0-2][0-7] - Specifies targets 0, 1, 2 with LUNs 0, 1, 2, 3, 4,
                             5, 6, 7.
            [5] - Specifies target 5 with LUNs 0 through 31.
            [5][0,9-6] - Specifies target 5 with LUNs 0, 9, 8, 7, 6 in that order.
            [0,4-2,5-6,12] - Specifies targets 0, 4, 3, 2, 5, 6, 12 in that order.

detected, the error code 0x8ABCDEF0 will be returned.

ssid Change PCI sub system ID to a new value. Default is 0x1000 for
               LSI Logic parts.

               For example:
ssid=0x12AB - will cause SSID 0x12AB to be recognized.
This command must be on the first instance of the adapter
to be loaded. Only one SSID substitution is allowed.
